Great leaders are not defined by green lights or red lights. Green lights are easy. Red lights are obvious. But most leadership decisions happen in the yellow light—when leaders must discern whether to accelerate, slow down, stop something that once worked, or proceed carefully into the next chapter.

Transitions come to every leader. A ministry grows and structures must change. A vision evolves. A new season begins. Teams must adapt to a new reality.

The question is not whether transitions will happen. The question is whether a leader will navigate them well.

On May 5, I’ll spend the day helping leaders recognize and navigate these transition moments in leadership, life, and calling.
